JARKEN sets up Asia Plus as financial adviser and to enhance
Dr. Kuldej Sinthawanarong, Managing Director of the leading design firm in Thailand, JARKEN Co. Ltd., has set up Asia Plus as its financial adviser. Jarken is looking to go public on the SET and increase capital investment, as it expands its business to become a comprehensive design service.
Mr. Kongkiat Opaswongkarn, CEO of Asia Plus Securities Plc, and Mr. Lec Sicoravit, President of Asia Plus Advisory Co. Ltd., cosigned the agreement at the Asia Plus's Sathorn Thani building.
