Sizzler chooses Hobart dish washing machines, in line with its policy to develop innovative services for health and environment.
Mr. Sirichai Kimsawad, General Manager Sizzler (Thailand) of SLRT Co., Ltd., management of Sizzler restaurant chain in Thailand with its popularity of steak menus and variety salad bar. Sizzler restaurant is a subsidiary of Minor Food Group Pcl., and the cleanliness is one of the company’s most major concerns. Therefore, Hobart dish washing machines, series AMX-30A and FX-10 have been chosen by the restaurant.
With its efficiency to clean thoroughly, the dish washing machines are certified by HACCP. Moreover they are environmentally friendly, consuming less water and electricity and 30% less of washing liquid. This falls in line with Minor Food Group’s policy to develop innovative services for health and environment.
On this occasion, Mr. Viwat Vongpiwat General Manager, HOBART Thailand and Indochina, led a technician team to inspect the efficiency of the washing machines after they were installed.
