ผลการจัดเก็บรายได้รัฐบาลสุทธิในช่วง 5 เดือนแรกของปีงบประมาณ 2563 (ตุลาคม 2562 –กุมภาพันธ์ 2563)
นายลวรณ แสงสนิท ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการคลัง ในฐานะโฆษกกระทรวงการคลัง เปิดเผยผลการจัดเก็บรายได้รัฐบาลสุทธิในช่วง 5 เดือนแรกของปีงบประมาณ 2563 (ตุลาคม 2562 – กุมภาพันธ์ 2563) รัฐบาลจัดเก็บรายได้สุทธิ จำนวน 985,343 ล้านบาท สูงกว่าประมาณการตามเอกสารงบประมาณ 6,772 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 0.7 แต่ต่ำกว่าช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อนร้อยละ 0.7 โดยการนำส่งรายได้ของรัฐวิสาหกิจ และการจัดเก็บรายได้ของหน่วยงานอื่นและกรมสรรพากร สูงกว่าประมาณการ จำนวน 6,655 5,178 และ 2,453 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 7.4 8.0 และ 0.4 ตามลำดับ
Government’s Net Revenue Collection: The First 5 Months of Fiscal Year 2020 (October 2019 – February 2020)
Mr.Lavaron Sangsnit, Director-General of the Fiscal Policy Office and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance, stated that the government’s net revenue collection in the first 5 months of fiscal year 2020 (October 2019 – February 2020), was 985,343 million baht, which was 6,772 million baht or 0.7% higher than revenue target but was 0.7% lower than the same period of last year. Remittances from State-owned Enterprises, revenue collection of Other Agencies and Revenue Department exceeded target by 6,655 5,178 and 2,453 million baht or 7.4% 8.0% and 0.4% respectively.
ฐานะการคลังของรัฐบาลในช่วง 5 เดือนแรกของปีงบประมาณ 2563 (ตุลาคม 2562 - กุมภาพันธ์ 2563)
นายลวรณ แสงสนิท ผู้อํานวยการสํานักงานเศรษฐกิจการคลัง ในฐานะโฆษกกระทรวงการคลัง แถลงข่าวฐานะการคลังของรัฐบาลตามระบบกระแสเงินสดในช่วง 5 เดือนแรกของปีงบประมาณ 2563 (ตุลาคม 2562 - กุมภาพันธ์ 2563) รัฐบาลมีรายได้นำส่งคลังทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 1,015,148 ล้านบาท ในขณะที่มีการเบิกจ่ายเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 1,213,483 ล้านบาท รัฐบาลได้กู้เงินเพื่อชดเชยการขาดดุล จำนวน 82,895 ล้านบาท ส่งผลให้เงินคงคลัง ณ สิ้นเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2563 มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 342,436 ล้านบาท
Government’s Fiscal Balance Report: The First 5 Months of Fiscal Year 2020 (October 2019 - February 2020)
Mr.Lavaron Sangsnit, Director–General of the Fiscal Policy Office and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance, stated that in the first 5 months of fiscal year 2020 (October 2019 – February 2020), the government has received 1,015,148 million baht of revenue on cash basis and disbursed 1,213,483 million baht of expenditure. To finance such deficit, the government has borrowed 82,895 million baht. Therefore, the treasury reserve at the end of February 2020 was at 342,436 million baht.
