คลัง เผย Q1 ปีงบฯ 63 มีรายได้ 6.46 แสนลบ. เงินคงคลัง 3.16 แสนลบ.
ผลการจัดเก็บรายได้รัฐบาลสุทธิในช่วงไตรมาสแรกของปีงบประมาณ 2563 (ตุลาคม – ธันวาคม 2562)
นายลวรณ แสงสนิท ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการคลัง ในฐานะโฆษกกระทรวงการคลัง เปิดเผยผลการจัดเก็บรายได้รัฐบาลสุทธิในช่วงไตรมาสแรกของปีงบประมาณ 2563 (ตุลาคม – ธันวาคม 2562) รัฐบาลจัดเก็บรายได้สุทธิ จำนวน 605,768 ล้านบาท สูงกว่าประมาณการตามเอกสารงบประมาณ 8,354 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 1.4 และสูงกว่าช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน 9,125 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 1.5 โดยการจัดเก็บรายได้ของกรมสรรพากรและการนำส่งรายได้ของรัฐวิสาหกิจ สูงกว่าประมาณการ จำนวน 6,524 และ 5,935 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 1.7 และ 8.9 ตามลำดับ
Government’s Net Revenue Collection: The First Quarter of Fiscal Year 2020 (October – December 2019)
Mr. Lavaron Sangsnit, Director-General of the Fiscal Policy Office and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance, stated that the government’s net revenue collection in the first quarter of fiscal year 2020 (October – December 2019), was 605,768 million baht, which was 8,354 million baht or 1.4% higher than revenue target and 9,125 million baht or 1.5% higher than the same period of last year. Revenue collection of Revenue Department and remittances from State-owned Enterprises exceeded target by 6,524 and 5,935 million baht or 1.7% and 8.9% respectively.

นายลวรณ แสงสนิท ผู้อํานวยการสํานักงานเศรษฐกิจการคลัง ในฐานะโฆษกกระทรวงการคลัง แถลงข่าวฐานะการคลังของรัฐบาลตามระบบกระแสเงินสดในช่วงไตรมาสแรกของปีงบประมาณ 2563 (ตุลาคม – ธันวาคม 2562) รัฐบาลมีรายได้นำส่งคลังทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 646,219 ล้านบาท ในขณะที่มีการเบิกจ่าย เงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 810,084 ล้านบาท รัฐบาลได้กู้เงินเพื่อชดเชยการขาดดุล จำนวน 26,314 ล้านบาท ส่งผลให้เงินคงคลัง ณ สิ้นเดือนธันวาคม 2562 มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 316,370 ล้านบาท
Government’s Fiscal Balance Report: The First Quarter of Fiscal Year 2020 (October – December 2019)
Mr. Lavaron Sangsnit, Director–General of the Fiscal Policy Office and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance, stated that in the first quarter of fiscal year 2020 (October – December 2019), the government has received 646,219 million baht of revenue on cash basis and disbursed 810,084 million baht of expenditure. To finance such deficit, the government has borrowed 26,314 million baht. Therefore, the treasury reserve at the end of December 2019 was at 316,370 million baht.
