ศาลสั่งยกฟ้องบิ๊กหยวนต้า
“บุญพร บริบูรณ์ส่งศิลป์” มั่นใจทำธุรกิจด้วยความสุจริต พร้อมเดินหน้าบริหารงาน นำทัพหยวนต้าขึ้นแท่นบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ชั้นนำของไทยและเอเชีย
ตามที่ปรากฏข่าว เมื่อวันที่ 18 ธ.ค.2562 เกี่ยวกับกรณีศาลอุทธรณ์มีคำพิพากษาให้ยกฟ้องในคดีแพ่งระหว่างบริษัทหลักทรัพย์เมย์แบงก์ กิมเอ็ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) และนางบุญพร บริบูรณ์ส่งศิลป์ จำเลยที่ 1 และ นายภูริภัทร เขียวบริบูรณ์ จำเลยที่ 2 นั้น
โดยนางบุญพร บริบูรณ์ส่งศิลป์ กรรมการ และประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารของ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์หยวนต้า (ประเทศไทย) เปิดเผยว่า ขอขอบคุณคำตัดสินของศาลที่ให้ความยุติธรรม ตนตั้งใจทำงานและประกอบธุรกิจด้วยความสุจริตมาโดยตลอด และมั่นใจในความบริสุทธิ์ขอตนเอง ต่อจากนี้พร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไปอย่างเต็มที่ และดีที่สุดด้วยความเป็นมืออาชีพ

Boonporn Dismissed from The Appeal Court Verdict of Civil Case, Ready and Confident to Run Yuanta Securities to Be the Leader in Thailand and Asia
Regarding the civil case allegation between Maybank KimEng Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited (MBKET) versus Mrs. Boonporn Boriboonsongsilp, the first defendant, and Mr. Bhuripat Kheoboriboon, the second defendant, today the appeal court dismisses such case and orders MBKET to pay all legal fees from the very beginning for both defendants.
