ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จับมือ 3BB ให้บริการสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สายความเร็วสูง ในพื้นที่สาขาธนาคารกรุงเทพทั่วประเทศ
ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จับมือ 3BB นำเสนอบริการสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สายความเร็วสูง 3BB WIFI โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย สำหรับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการที่ธนาคารกรุงเทพทุกสาขาทั่วประเทศ ตอบโจทย์ไลฟ์สไตล์คนรุ่นใหม่ยุคดิจิตอล เพิ่มความสะดวกสบายให้ลูกค้าสามารถทำธุรกรรมออนไลน์ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและง่ายดาย โดยสามารถใช้บริการได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2558
นางสาวพจณี คงคาลัย ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการใหญ่ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า ธนาคารได้ร่วมกับ บริษัท ทริปเปิลทีบรอดแบนด์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ผู้ให้บริการบรอดแบนด์อินเทอร์เน็ต
ภายใต้ชื่อ 3BB นำเสนอบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สายความเร็วสูงโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย ให้กับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการที่สาขาของธนาคารกรุงเทพทั่วประเทศ เพื่อตอบสนองไลฟ์สไตล์คนรุ่นใหม่ยุคดิจิตอล และเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายให้ลูกค้าสามารถทำธุรกรรมออนไลน์ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและง่ายดาย รวมถึงการเข้าใช้บริการบัวหลวง ไอแบงก์กิ้ง (ธนาคารทางอินเทอร์เน็ต) และบัวหลวง เอ็มแบงก์กิ้ง (ธนาคารทางมือถือ) ได้อย่างสะดวกสบายและมีความปลอดภัยสูง โดยได้ดำเนินการติดตั้งสัญญาณ WiFi ในพื้นที่สาขาไปแล้วกว่า 500 สาขา และคาดว่าจะติดตั้งให้แล้วเสร็จครบ 1,200 สาขา ภาย ในสิ้นปี 2558 โดยสามารถใช้บริการได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2558
นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งบริการดีๆ ที่ธนาคารนำเสนอเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าโดยมีขั้นตอนวิธีการเข้าใช้ได้ง่ายๆ เพียงลงทะเบียนกรอกข้อมูลชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านที่ขอรับได้จาก เคาน์เตอร์สาขาและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ภายในธนาคารเพื่อทำการล็อกอินเข้าระบบ ก็สามารถใช้บริการฟรี 3BB WiFi ได้เป็นเวลา 30 นาที ทั้งนี้ ลูกค้าสามารถใช้สิทธิขอรับรหัสฟรีสูงสุด 2 ครั้งต่อวัน สอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ธนาคารกรุงเทพทุกสาขา
นายสมบัติ พันศิริพัฒน์ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ทริปเปิลทีบรอดแบนด์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่าปัจจุบันลูกค้านิยมใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สายความเร็วสูง (WiFi) เพราะคนส่วนใหญ่ใช้ชีวิตนอกบ้านมากขึ้น และยังมีความต้องการการเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ตอยู่ตลอดเวลา ประกอบกับโทรศัพท์สมาร์ทโฟนรวมทั้งอุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต (Internet Access Device) เช่น เน็ตบุ๊ค ไอแพด หรือแท็บเล็ตต่างๆ ได้รับความนิยมอย่างแพร่หลายอีกด้วย 3BB จึงได้ให้ความสำคัญและเน้นปรับปรุงบริการ WiFi ตลอดมา 3BB ได้ปรับเพิ่มความเร็วของ WiFi สูงสุดถึง 100 เมก มีจุดให้บริการกว่า 80,000 จุดทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งจะทำให้ลูกค้า 3BB สามารถใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตได้อย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งในบ้านและนอกบ้าน นับเป็นการตอบรับไลฟ์สไตล์คนยุคดิจิตอลอย่างแท้จริง
สำหรับความร่วมมือกับธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) ในวันนี้ ยังถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญระหว่าง 2 องค์กรใหญ่คือ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ และ 3BB ผู้ให้บริการบรอดแบนด์อินเทอร์เน็ตและ Wi-Fi Hotspot ที่มีศักยภาพและครอบคลุมที่สุด เพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้ลูกค้าของธนาคาร สามารถเชื่อมต่อเข้าสู่โลก Online หรือ Internet บนเครือข่าย Wifi Hotspot ของ 3BB อย่างสะดวกสบาย นับเป็นเป้าหมายร่วมกันของทั้งสององค์กรที่จะให้บริการที่ดีที่สุดกับลูกค้าของเรา
นอกจากนี้ 3BB ได้นำเทคโนโลยี FTTx WiFi ซึ่งเป็นบริการบรอดแบนด์อินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สายผ่านโครงข่ายใยแก้วนำแสงมาให้บริการอีกด้วย อีกทั้งยังมีความพร้อมในการ update เทคโนโลยีให้มีความทันสมัยเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Bangkok Bank joins with 3BB to provide high-speed wireless internet service in the bank’s branches nationwide
Bangkok Bank has collaborated with 3BB to provide free 3BB WiFI high-speed internet for customers using services at Bangkok Bank branches nationwide. Customers will be able to make online transactions quickly and conveniently to meet the needs of the new generation in the digital age. The free WiFi service will start on September 1, 2015.
Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President Pochanee Kongkalai said the bank has collaborated with Triple T Broadband, a broadband internet provider under the brand 3BB, to provide a free high-speed wireless internet service to customers using services at Bangkok Bank branches nationwide. This meets the needs of the new generation in the digital age and will enable customers to make online transactions quickly and conveniently with secure access to Bualuang iBanking (internet banking) and Bualuang mBanking (mobile banking). WiFi internet has already been installed at more than 500 branches and should
be available at 1,200 branches by the end of 2015. The free WiFi service will start on September 1, 2015.
This latest initiative is another example of the excellent service the bank is providing in order to satisfy its customers. Customers can request a user name and password from branch counters or find them in in-branch media, then log on for 30 free minutes of 3BB WiFi. Triple T Broadband Senior Executive Vice President Sombat Punsiripat said customers like to use high-speed WiFi because many people spend a lot of time outside home and always need access to the internet, as smartphones and other devices such as netbooks, iPad and tablets are very popular.
Accordingly 3BB always focuses on improving WiFi services. 3BB is currently upgrading the speed of its WiFi to up to 100 megabytes with more than 80,000 service points nationwide. This means 3BB customers can have continuous internet access, at home and outside, which perfectly suits new-generation lifestyles.
The collaboration with Bangkok Bank is important as it brings together two major companies, Bangkok Bank and 3BB, the broadband internet and WiFi Hotspot provider with the widest network coverage and greatest potential. The collaboration will enable the bank’s customers to conveniently connect to the online world or internet using 3BB WiFi Hotspot. The two companies share the same goal of providing the best service to their customers.
3BB also provides FTTx WiFi technology, a broadband internet service over fiber optic network, and continually updates its technology so it can respond to customers’ needs.
