ธนาคารกรุงเทพ ประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลหุ้นละ 2 บาท
ธนาคารกรุงเทพ ประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลหุ้นสามัญระหว่างกาล จากเงินกำไรของผลประกอบการงวด 6 เดือนแรก ปี 2557 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 2.00 บาท โดยกำหนดการจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2557
นายชาติศิริ โสภณพนิช กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) แจ้งมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการธนาคาร ครั้งที่ 8/2557 เมื่อวันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2557 ได้มีมติให้จ่ายเงินปันผลหุ้นสามัญระหว่างกาล สำหรับผลประกอบการงวด 6 เดือนแรก ปี 2557 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 2.00 บาท โดยเป็นเงินปันผลที่จ่ายจากกำไรสะสมซึ่งได้เสียภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลในอัตราร้อยละ 30 โดยกำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีสิทธิรับเงินปันผลในวันที่ 11 กันยายน 2557 และให้รวบรวมรายชื่อตามมาตรา 225 ของพระราชบัญญัติหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ. 2535 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม โดยวิธีการปิดสมุดทะเบียนพักการโอนหุ้นในวันที่ 12 กันยายน 2557 และกำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2557
Bangkok Bank approved that an interim dividend be paid at the rate of Baht 2.00 per ordinary share
Bangkok Bank approved that an interim dividend from the profit of the operations for the first half of the year 2014 be paid on September 26, 2014 at the rate of Baht 2.00 per ordinary share.
Bangkok Bank President Chartsiri Sophonpanich said the Board of the Bank adopted a resolution at the meeting No. 8/2014, held on August 28, 2014 to the effect that an interim dividend for the operations for the first half of the year 2014 be paid on September 26, 2014 at the rate of Baht 2.00 per ordinary share. The dividend was derived from retained earnings which was subject to corporate income tax of 30%. The record date for determining shareholder’s right to receive the dividend shall be September 11, 2014 and the share registration book shall be closed on September 12, 2014 for the purpose of compiling the list of shareholders in accordance with Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 as amended.
