กสิกรไทย จับมือ The Stanford Thailand Research Consortium ชวนเทคสตาร์ทอัพเรียนหลักสูตรออนไลน์ เตรียมพร้อมเป็นผู้ประกอบการในธุรกิจดิจิทัล
โครงการ KATALYST (แคททะลิสต์) จากธนาคารกสิกรไทย จับมือ The Stanford Thailand Research Consortium ชวนเทคสตาร์ทอัพเรียนหลักสูตรออนไลน์ ‘Innovation & Technology Entrepreneurship’เตรียมความพร้อมทำธุรกิจดิจิทัล นำไอเดียไปพัฒนาเข้าสู่ตลาดและเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน เริ่มเปิดรับสมัครตั้งแต่วันนี้ถึง 23 ก.พ.นี้ โดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนผู้สมัคร
นายสุปรีชา ลิมปิกาญจนโกวิท ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย เปิดเผยว่า จากการที่ธนาคารกสิกรไทยได้ริเริ่มโครงการ KATALYST เพื่อช่วยสตาร์ทอัพที่มีความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจขยายธุรกิจ อีกทั้งการให้คำแนะนำแก่สตาร์ทอัพในด้านต่างๆ อาทิ รูปแบบของการทำธุรกิจ การให้ความรู้ และการนำเทคโนโลยีมาปรับใช้ ตลอดจนให้คำแนะนำในการขยายธุรกิจทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้วงการสตาร์ทอัพไทยเติบโตและประสบความสำเร็จ
ธนาคารกสิกรไทย จึงร่วมกับ The Stanford Thailand Research Consortium เปิดหลักสูตรออนไลน์ Innovation & Technology Entrepreneurship จากมหาวิทยาลัยสแตนฟอร์ด สหรัฐอเมริกา เพื่อให้ความรู้แก่เทคสตาร์ทอัพได้นำไอเดียทางธุรกิจไปพัฒนาเข้าสู่ตลาดธุรกิจดิจิทัลและเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน โดยหลักสูตรจะเน้นการศึกษากลุ่มตลาดเป้าหมาย การนำเสนอผลงาน การหาแหล่งเงินทุน และการทำแบบทดสอบ ซึ่งจะได้รับมุมมองที่แตกต่างกันในแต่ละประเภทธุรกิจ ผู้ที่สนใจสามารถสมัครเรียนได้ที่ http://bit.ly/KATALYST_registration_innovation_and_entrepreneurship ตั้งแต่วันนี้ถึง 23 ก.พ.นี้ และเริ่มเรียนตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 มีนาคม ถึง 11 พฤษภาคม 2563 รวม 12 สัปดาห์ โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย
นายธนพงษ์ ณ ระนอง กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท บีคอน เวนเจอร์ แคปิทัล จำกัด กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า ในปี 2562 ที่ผ่านมา โครงการ KATALYST และ บีคอน เวนเจอร์ แคปิทัล ได้ทำงานร่วมกับเทคสตาร์ทอัพ ในประเทศไทยกว่า 40 ราย โดยให้ความช่วยเหลือทั้งในด้านเชื่อมต่อบริการชำระเงินของธนาคาร การส่งเสริมการตลาด เพื่อนำบริการของสตาร์ทอัพไปสู่กลุ่มลูกค้าที่เหมาะสม การร่วมศึกษาข้อมูลตลาดเชิงลึกกับพันธมิตรสตาร์ทอัพและการร่วมหาโซลูชั่นใหม่ๆ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ เช่น กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการค้าขายสินค้าออนไลน์ ที่พักอาศัย ก่อสร้าง และออนดีมานด์เซอร์วิสต่างๆ และยังมีการจัดกิจกรรมสัมมนา และเวิร์คช็อปร่วมกับฝ่ายงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและนอกองค์กร เช่น กิจกรรม Payment Day, Thailand Digital Big Bang และ Exponential Growth ร่วมกับ DEPA, Startup Thailand ร่วมกับ NIA รวมถึงการทำกิจกรรมร่วมกับพาร์ตเนอร์ในโครงการ เช่น Baker McKenzie เพื่อมาร่วมให้ความรู้แก่พันธมิตรของธนาคารโดยเฉพาะ
ทั้งนี้ The Stanford Thailand Research Consortium จัดตั้งจากความร่วมมือของสามบริษัทชั้นนำของไทย ได้แก่ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด บริษัท เอพี ไทยแลนด์ จำกัด และบริษัท แอดวานซ์ อินโฟร์ เซอร์วิส จำกัด เพื่อสนับสนุนงานวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยสแตนฟอร์ดในด้านต่างๆ
KBank teams with The Stanford Thailand Research Consortium to launch online course designed for tech startups, to prepare entrepreneurs for the digital age
The KATALYST project of KASIKORNBANK (KBank) has worked with The Stanford Thailand Research Consortium to arrange an online course, “Innovation & Technology Entrepreneurship”, designed to equip tech startups with expertise in doing business in the digital era. They can apply the ideas to run their business with sustainable growth. Applications are welcome from today until February 23, with no limit to the number of applicants.
Mr. Supreecha Limpikanjanakowit, KBank First Senior Vice President, said that the KATALYST project was conceived to aid startups with aspirations to expand their business. The program gives startups advice in various aspects, namely how to run a business, application of knowledge and technology, as well as how to branch out within the country and abroad, to propel such businesses towards sustainable growth.
The online course “Innovation & Technology Entrepreneurship” of Stanford University, jointly launched by KBank and The Stanford Thailand Research Consortium, aims to equip tech startups with novel business ideas to allow them to enter the market in the digital age with sustainable growth. The program focuses on study of target groups, work presentation, funding sources and tests in order to broaden the horizons of participants from different types of businesses. Interested persons can apply for the program at http://bit.ly/KATALYST_registration_innovation_and_entrepreneurship from today until February 23. The course will run from March 2 to May 11, 2020, or for 12 weeks, and is free of charge.
Mr. Thanapong Na Ranong, Managing Director of Beacon Venture Capital, KBank’s venture capital arm, said that in 2019, the KATALYST project and Beacon Venture Capital assisted over 40 tech startups in Thailand by providing financial service links with KBank and enhancing their marketing capability, with the aim of introducing their services to appropriate customer segments. We and our startup partners also conducted an in-depth market data study while seeking new solutions to respond to the needs of customers in various industries, such as online entrepreneurs selling merchandise or offering accommodation, construction and on-demand services. In addition, seminars and workshops were organized in collaboration with various internal departments and those of other organizations, namely “Payment Day”, “Thailand Digital Big Bang” and “Exponential Growth” activities with DEPA and Startup Thailand. Beacon Venture Capital and NIA also organized a number of activities with our project partners, such as Baker McKenzie, to offer knowledge to KBank’s business partners.
The Stanford Thailand Research Consortium was established with the cooperation of three leading Thai companies, namely KBank, AP Thailand and Advanced Info Services, with the aim of supporting the diverse range of research work of Stanford University for the success and advancement of the country.
