AIS Business Cloud รุกให้บริการแบบ End-to-End พร้อมเป็นพันธมิตรด้าน Cloud กับทุกธุรกิจ
เอไอเอส จัดงานสัมมนาใหญ่เพื่อองค์กรธุรกิจ เผยวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบาย AIS Business Cloud 2017 พร้อมให้บริการ Business Cloud แบบ End-to-End และประกาศพร้อมเป็นพาร์ทเนอร์ด้าน Cloud กับทุกธุรกิจที่ต้องการมีระบบ Cloudของตัวเองเริ่มตั้งแต่ให้คำปรึกษา วางแผน ปฏิบัติ ตลอดจนการให้บริการแบบ Managed Service ที่ครบวงจร ได้มาตรฐานและความปลอดภัยระดับโลก ด้วยทีมงานบุคลากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ พร้อมช่วยดูแลและให้บริการตลอดการใช้งาน เพื่อให้ทุกธุรกิจแข่งขันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในยุค Thailand 4.0
บริการ End-to-End Cloud Services ประกอบด้วย
1. Network for Business จากการที่เอไอเอสมีความแข็งแกร่งด้าน Network เป็นอันดับ 1 โดยมีโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของ Cloud Infrastructure และ DATA CENTER ของเอไอเอสเอง ทำให้เราสามารถให้บริการ Cloud ได้แบบ End-to-End Service Provider อย่างครบวงจร หนึ่งเดียวในไทย และพร้อมที่จะปรับรูปแบบให้ยืดหยุ่นได้ตามที่ต้องการ
ล่าสุด เป็นครั้งแรกของเมืองไทย กับ บริการBandwidth on Demand ให้ลูกค้า AIS ที่ใช้บริการ Internet และ MPLS สามารถเข้ามาปรับเพิ่ม Bandwidth ได้ด้วยตัวเองผ่านหน้า portal โดยสามารถปรับเพิ่มเป็นรายวัน แบบชั่วคราวได้ ด้วยความเข้าใจพฤติกรรมการใช้งาน Cloud ของลูกค้าองค์กร ที่อาจจะต้องการเพิ่ม Bandwidth ในการใช้งาน
2. Infrastructure/ Platform as a service ที่เอไอเอสได้ร่วมกับพันธมิตรผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีระดับโลกให้บริการ Cloud ที่ได้มาตรฐานและเหนือชั้นยิ่งกว่า ล่าสุดกับบริการ Azure and Hybrid Cloud ร่วมกับ Microsoft โดย AIS ได้นำระบบ cloud ระดับโลก จาก Microsoft Azure มาให้บริการในระดับที่ Advance ขึ้น ให้กับลูกค้าเอไอเอส โดย AIS Cloud จะทำงานประสานอย่างไร้รอยต่อ กับ Microsoft Azure ด้วยการระบบ Hybrid Cloud platform สามารถบริหารจัดการ resource ถึงระดับ insight analytic ทั้งบน on-premise cloud และ Azure จาก console เดียวกัน โดยนำความสามารถ platform Machine learning, Big data analytic, IoT suite, Web app platform, Data lake analytics และอีกมากมาย ตลอดจน บริการ Backup on cloud ร่วมกับ Veeam, Disaster recovery, Database Platform ร่วมกับ TMaxsoft และ Enterprise Cloud power by VMware เป็นต้น
3. Security Service โดยร่วมกับ Palo Altoให้ บริการ Centralized Firewall เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปกป้องการใช้งานอินเตอร์เน็ตให้ปลอดภัย โดยเฉพาะบริษัทที่มีสาขาต่างๆ ทำให้ประหยัดต้นทุนมากขึ้น เพราะไม่จำเป็นต้องซื้ออุปกรณ์ Firewall ไปติดตั้งแต่ละสาขาอีกต่อไป
4. Software as a service ได้แก่ บริการ AIS Unified Communication เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบโทรศัพท์สำนักงาน โดยองค์กรไม่ต้องลงทุนทรัพยากรในการติดตั้ง และดูแลรักษาระบบตู้ PBX ประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการโทรหากัน, AIS mForm สำหรับสร้างแบบฟอร์มการทำงานภายในองค์กร พร้อมใช้งานบน Cloud Platform ของ AIS โดยที่องค์กรไม่ต้องใช้เวลาไปกับการพัฒนาโปรแกรม software รวมถึงไม่ต้องดูแลรักษาระบบ hardware ที่รัน software โปรแกรมนั้นๆ ด้วย
5. Managed Cloud Services ที่พร้อมให้บริการ Cloud ได้แบบ End-to-End เริ่มตั้งแต่ให้คำปรึกษา, ติดตั้งระบบ, ย้ายระบบ, ดูแลรักษาระบบเครือข่าย รวมถึงความปลอดภัยของระบบ ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดเวิร์กช็อปให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ประกอบการและภาคธุรกิจไทย เจาะลึกการนำเทคโนโลยี Cloud มาใช้ประโยชน์ในองค์กร, ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ Trend ของเทคโนโลยี Cloud จากทั่วโลก พร้อมกลยุทธ์การใช้ Cloud ในการพัฒนาให้องค์กรประสบความสำเร็จ จากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิระดับโลก รวมไปถึงจัดแสดงโซลูชั่นส์ใหม่ๆ ของ Cloud ให้ผู้ประกอบการที่มาร่วมงานได้สัมผัสและทดลองใช้บริการอีกด้วย
