PHARMED EXPO 2016 เปิดโอกาสนักธุรกิจไทย เจาะตลาดสุขภาพเมียนมาร์ กัมพูชา บังคลาเทศ
อุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพของสาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพพเมียนมาร์ กัมพูชา บังคลาเทศ เติบโตก้าวกระโดด โดยเฉพาะสหภาพเมียนมาร์เติบโตขึ้น 3 เท่าในปี พ.ศ. 2553-2559 คิดเป็นมูลค่าตลาดรวมกว่า 2 พันล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ หรือประมาณ 70,000 ล้านบาท และจำนวนโรงพยาบาลเอกชนเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 10 ส่วนราชอณาจักรกัมพูชา ภาครัฐอัดฉีดงบประมาณสนับสนุนด้านสุขภาพประชาชนมากถึง 271 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ เช่นเดียวกับบังคลาเทศ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนเติบโตขึ้นเป็นจำนวนมาก เพื่อตอบสนองต่อความต้องการด้านการรักษาและดูแลสุขภาพ บริษัท มินห์ วี แอดเวอร์ไทซิ่ง เซอร์วิส และ เอ็กซิบิชั่น จำกัด จึงได้ร่วมกับสมาคมผู้ประกอบการอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์และยาแห่งสหภาพเมียนมาร์ สมาคมทันตแพทย์กัมพูชา จัดงาน PHARMED EXPO 2016 หรือ งานแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการด้านอุตสาหกรรมยาและอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ระดับนานาชาติ จัดขึ้นที่ สหภาพเมียนมาร์ กัมพูชา และบังคลาเทศ

Pharmed Expo งานแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการด้านอุตสาหกรรมยาและอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ระดับนานาชาติ จัดขึ้นที่ สหภาพเมียนมาร์ กัมพูชา และบังคลาเทศ เป็นเวทีเจรจาธุรกิจการค้าเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมความงามเพื่อผู้ประกอบการภาคธุรกิจ โดยมีกำหนดจัดงาน ดังนี้MYANMAR PHARMED EXPO 2016 ครั้งที่ 4 จะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 12-14 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2559 เวลา 09.00-17.00 น. ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและนิทรรรศการเมียนมาร์ เมืองย่างกุ้ง สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมาร์ CAMBODIA PHARMED EXPO 2016 ครั้งที่ 2 ราชอณาจักรกัมพูชา จะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 4-5 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2559 ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการไดมอนด์ ไอซ์แลนด์ กรุงพนมเปญ BANGLADESH PHARMED EXPO 2016 ประเทศบังคาเทศ จะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 18-19 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2559 ณ โรงแรมแพนแปซิฟิกโซนากาอน กรุงดากา ประเทศบังคลาเทศ
ดร. วิน เกียว กรรมการบริหาร สมาคมผู้ประกอบการอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์และยาแห่งสหภาพเมียนมาร์ กล่าวว่า “ปัจจุบัน เมียนมาร์มีโรงพยาบาลอยู่ประมาณ 1,192 แห่งทั่วประเทศ แบ่งเป็นโรงพยาบาลภาครัฐร้อยละ 86 และโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ร้อยละ 14 โดยมีสัดส่วนเตียงที่ให้บริการเพียงร้อยละ 93 และร้อยละ 7 ตามลำดับ จากจำนวนเตียงทั้งสิ้น 73,040 เตียง ขณะที่ประชากรก็ให้ความสำคัญต่อการตรวจสุขภาพเพิ่มมากขึ้น แต่แพทย์มีอยู่เพียง 31,110 ราย อีกทั้งยังขาดแคลนยา อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ ห้องปฏิบัติการ ที่จำเป็นต่อการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยอีกเป็นจำนวนมาก ภาครัฐบาลจึงมีแผนการเพิ่มงบประมาณในอัตราร้อยละ 6 จนถึงปี พ.ศ. 2563 และในปีนี้ ได้จัดการอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ 5,600 ราย และพยาบาล 1,300 ราย ให้สามารถรองรับปริมาณผู้ป่วยหรือคนไข้ที่มีจำนวนมากได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ”
ดร.หยาง ดาราวุฒิ ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ แผนกอาหารและยา ราชอณาจักรกัมพูชา กล่าวว่า ราชอณาจักรกัมพูชา มีการเติบโตของจีดีพีสูงถึงร้อยละ 7.3 จากประชากรทั้งสิ้น 15 ล้านราย กระทรวงสาธารณสุขกัมพูชา ได้รับงบประมาณเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 8.6 คิดเป็น 271 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ (ประมาณ 9,500 ล้านบาท) ทำให้ระบบสาธารณสุขโดยรวม ได้รับการพัฒนาไปในหลายระดับและทั่วทั้งประเทศ ทั้งในรูปแบบ โรงพยาบาลขนาดใหญ่ ศูนย์สุขภาพประจำจังหวัด โรงพยาบาลท้องถิ่น หรืออนามัยในแต่ละพื้นที่ ทำให้ตลาดอุตสาหกรรมยา จึงเป็นที่จับตามองจากนักลงทุนต่างชาติ เกือบร้อยละ 80 ยอดขายของอุตสาหกรรมยาอยู่ในกรุงพนมเปญและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง และประมาณร้อยละ 55 เป็นการนำเข้ายาจากต่างประเทศ
นางลัดดา มงคลชัยวิวัฒน์ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท เอ็น.ซี.ซี. แมเนจเม้นท์ แอนด์ ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด กล่าวว่า อุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพของบังคลาเทศมีการพัฒนาและเติบโตทางด้านเทคโนโลยีมากที่สุด ทั้งในส่วนภาครัฐและเอกชน โดยภาครัฐได้พยายามผลักดันให้เกิดการลงทุนระหว่างผู้ประกอบการภายในประเทศและนักลงทุนต่างประเทศในการผลิตยาและผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อการรักษาเฉพาะอย่างหรือมีนวัตกรรมสูง ทำให้มีการใช้จ่ายเงินเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นจำนวนมาก และมีการเติบโตของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนที่มีคุณภาพเพิ่มขึ้น อาทิ โรงพยาบาลอะพอลโล โรงพยาบาลสแควร์ โรงพยาบาลยูไนเต็ด เป็นต้น โรงพยาบาลเหล่านี้ กำลังเป็นที่นิยมมาก เนื่องมาจากการให้บริการ คุณภาพการรักษา ส่งผลให้เกิดการใช้จ่ายด้านสุขภาพมากขึ้น รวมทั้ง เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ส่งออกจากต่างประเทศ อย่าง สหรัฐอเมริกา ส่งออกเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ การผ่าตัด บริการต่างๆ มายังบังคลาเทศ การนำเข้าอุปกรณ์ยาและทางการแพทย์จะมีกระบวนการทางศุลากรที่แตกต่างกันไปตามชนิดและประเภท สำหรับยาต่อต้านมะเร็ง วัคซีน ยาเม็ดคุมกำเนิด และอื่นๆ สามารถนำเข้าได้โดยไม่เสียภาษี นอกจากนี้ อุตสาหกรรมยาและเครื่องมือการแพทย์บังคลาเทศ กฎยังไม่เข้มงวดมากนัก เนื่องจากนโยบายต่างๆ กำลังอยู่ในขั้นตอนของการร่างและรอการอนุมัติ
นางสาวโรซี่ ตราง ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย บริษัท มินห์ วี แอดเวอร์ไทซิ่ง เซอร์วิส และ เอ็กซิบิชั่น จำกัด กล่าวถึงการจัดงานครั้งนี้ว่า “งาน PHARMED EXPO 2016 ได้รวบรวมผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการด้านอุตสาหกรรมยาและอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์อย่างครบวงจร อาทิ โรงพยาบาล ระบบตรวจสุขภาพ อุปกรณ์ด้านการแพทย์และทันตกรรม นวัตกรรมยาและการรักษา จากผู้ประกอบการชั้นนำทั่วโลกมาจัดแสดงกว่า 80 องค์กร จาก 15 ประเทศ อาทิ จีน เยอรมัน ญี่ปุ่น มาเลเซีย สิงคโปร์ เกาหลีใต้ ไต้หวัน ไทย อินเดีย ปากีสถาน เบรารุส เมียนมาร์ กัมพูชา เวียดนาม และบังคลาเทศ คาดว่าจะมีผู้เข้าชมงานกว่า 2,000 ราย”

Total healthcare expenditure is now leaping up much more than ever especially Myanmar, Myanmar is set to surpass 2 billion USD or 70,000 Million baht in the year 2015-2016, up from $1,903 million in 2014 and also triple the amount of $704 million spent in 2010. The number of private hospitals jumped by 10%. Dr. Win Kyiang, Executive Committee - Cambodian Dental Association said that Myanmar, there are around 1,192 hospitals in the country, of which the large majority (86%) is public hospitals and the rest (14%) is private hospitals. The 93% share of total hospital beds is public hospitals and another 7% of available beds is private hospitals. Growth in the healthcare system is in in part linked to its development, as more and more people become aware of the need for regular health check-ups. But there are only 31,110 doctors and lack of medical, pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment for health treatment. To further strengthen the country’s health offering, the government is planning to increase healthcare budget allocation with an annual growth rate of 6% until 2020. This year, the country seek to train a further 5,600 medical professionals and 1,300 nurses in order to meet the demand of the patients.
Dr. Yang Darawuth, Deputy Manager - Department of Drug and Food, Cambodia said that A country of 15 million people, Cambodia’s 2015 GDP grew about 7.3%. The Cambodian Health Ministry received $271 million for 2016, an 8.6-percent increase from the previous year. The country's public health system is made up of large, national hospitals, provincial health centers, referral hospitals and smaller health posts. As the Cambodian economy develops, healthcare spending has been expanding throughout the country. Though still smaller and more difficult to do business in than many of its neighbors, Cambodia’s medical market is on a positive trajectory that should soon attract more attention from foreign medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Almost 80% of pharmaceutical sales are in Phnom Penh and the surrounding region, making distribution relatively simple. Approximately 55% of the pharmaceutical market is composed of imports, and there is significant local preference for foreign medicines. Foreign medical product companies have started to take note.
Mrs. Ladda Mongkolchaiwiwat, Executive Vice President - N.C.C. Management and Development Co.,Ltd revealed that The healthcare sector in Bangladesh is one of the country’s most technology developed sectors. Healthcare is available through both the public sector and private sectors. The Government of Bangladesh encourages foreign companies to partner with local companies for producing drugs, especially high-tech and specialized products. Government expenditures for healthcare have increased in absolute terms . The emergence of private healthcare services, such as those offered by a number of high-quality private hospitals, including Apollo Hospitals, Square Hospitals, United Hospital, and others. These hospitals have become popular due to their high-quality services and are a major factor for increased healthcare expenditures. They are replacing some regional healthcare travel. Bangladesh offers opportunities for U.S. exporters of high-end medical equipment, surgical instruments, diagnostic equipment, and services. Imported medicines and medical devices are subject to customs duties depending on types and classes. Anti-cancer drugs, vaccines, hormonal contraceptives, and others can be imported without any tax. The medical device sector is not currently strictly regulated, although a policy for doing so has been drafted and is now awaiting approval.
